Another happy customer with reliable air during these hot, brutal summer days!

This system had faithfully provided cooling for the past 15 years, but it was finally time to retire it. After repeated breakdowns, costly repairs, and ultimately compressor failure, it had become more of a money pit than a reliable comfort system.

Instead of being replaced after the flooding, the equipment was raised and continued operating without proper remediation. Over time, the water exposure and resulting deterioration took a significant toll on the system.

With repairs becoming increasingly costly, the homeowner decided replacement was the best long-term solution—especially for an Airbnb, where reliable cooling is essential for keeping guests comfortable and avoiding unexpected breakdowns between stays.

This 14-year-old HVAC system had leaking underground copper refrigerant lines and a leaking evaporator coil. Instead of simply topping off the refrigerant as had been done previously, we performed a thorough leak search and identified the source of the problem. With multiple refrigerant leaks and the age of the equipment, continued repairs would have become increasingly costly, making a full system replacement the most reliable and cost-effective long-term solution.

We installed a new high-efficiency system, replaced the refrigerant line set, performed a nitrogen test, pull a deep vacuum under 500 microns, charged the system to manufacturer specifications, and verified proper airflow and operating performance before completion.

We believe a quality installation is just as important as the equipment itself. Proper installation helps maximize efficiency, improve reliability, and extend the life of the system.
