I recently had the pleasure of being in the stunning area of Tierra Verde, where I measured and inspected flat roof landings and a "dead valley." A dead valley is a feature where roof slopes converge to a low-pitch transition. Over the years of high wind events, this modbit dead valley has been exposed to the elements and is reaching the end of its useful life. While the rest of the tile roof is outstanding, a roof is only as good as its weakest point. The Modbit dead valley is the weak point today and will need to be addressed. This property is currently on the market, and the roofing system requires our expert attention and assessment. As a firm believer in thoroughness and providing our clients with the best possible solutions, we always prioritize a hands-on approach whenever feasible. This involves a meticulous, physical inspection of any areas of concern to enable us to formulate a comprehensive and effective plan.
