A landscape is only as good as the year-three photo. The plant material, the irrigation system, the trees - they all need consistent care to look the way they did at turnover. Smith Landscape Services provides that care on the properties we've installed, and for properties that need to inherit a contractor who actually shows up.
Our maintenance crews are Smith employees, on Smith equipment, supervised by Smith management. That's the same model as our install side - no labor brokers, no rotating subs. When you call about a brown patch or a leaking valve, the person who answers knows the property.
We do recurring service on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules depending on the property type and the budget. Annual contracts with quarterly reviews so the scope can adjust as the property matures.

- from rooftop courtyards and small commercial pads to thirty-acre multifamily developments.
We pull water from the source that makes sense for the property - municipal, reclaim, or a dedicated well - and we deliver it on a schedule that responds to actual conditions, not a calendar. Smart controllers, flow monitoring, and rain sensors mean the system protects the landscape and the water bill at the same time.
For older properties, we modernize. Pump stations, controllers, and zone configurations can all be retrofitted into existing systems without ripping the whole site apart.
