With Memorial Day coming up, our office will be closed Monday May 25th. The office will re open Tuesday May 26th at 8am. Good morning ,
We've been getting a lot of calls about ice on the condensers outside and seeing steam coming from them. This is normal, heat pumps go into defrost and blow steam off the top, some may have a lot of steam depending how high you run you heat, During this cycle your unit may sound loud and noisy,and you may have a lot of water on the concrete pad, this too is all normal. This is how heat pumps work. Don't call the fire department your unit is not on fire!
