CAP Custom Homes, formerly known as Paul Schermer Construction, specializes in new custom homes and remodeling. CAP, representing each of its partners, Christopher, Alex and Paul, was established in 2016. Though our company has been formed recently, we have over 15 years of building experience. Though Paul passed away unexpectedly with projects unfinished and goals still needing to be met, his son Chris and son-in-law Alex will still carry on the family business. Paul’s dream was to create a company built upon the Christian values that he instilled into his own family – integrity, responsibility and dependability. Most importantly, Paul enjoyed the building process with homeowners, coming to think of them as extended family! Chris and Alex will operate the business with the same values by continuing to do what they love - spending time with their “new family” and hand crafting their new home! Working with and building great relationships with local contractors, CAP Custom Homes has established a great team to build or remodel the home of your dreams! Whether you’re interested in a new custom home, porch, deck, kitchen or bathroom remodel, CAP will work with you to create exactly what you are envisioning! Thank you for visiting our page and we hope to hear from you! God Bless,
Evavold/Schermer Family
