The only thing keeping an exposed-fastener metal roof dry is thousands of little rubber washers, baking in the Florida sun.

Here's what most roofers in Pinellas County won't tell you: metal expands and contracts with every temperature swing, and that movement backs screws out and destroys the rubber washers they're sealed with. One compromised fastener is one pe*******on for water.

A standing seam roof is engineered differently. The fasteners never touch the elements. The structural ribs wrap up and over the hardware line, sealing it away. No exposed holes. Nothing baking in the sun.

We form every panel on your roof with our two mobile machines, cut to exact measurements. No mid-panel seams, and a defective panel gets remade on the spot.

I've been with this team since the start and I am proud of the growth we have made. We recently opened our new office on Ulmerton Rd and we wanted to do a funny video to introduce ourselves to the new building even though we are 5 minutes down the road from our last office, we are in the public's eye now. We are a fun team of people ready to give you the best possible roof.
