Quick tip for the GCs: Take a slow video of the open walls after rough-ins, before drywall goes up. 📱

Get every wall, and hold a tape measure in the shot to show where pipes, wires, and blocking are in relation to a corner. Save it by job address.

Six months later, when someone asks, “Can we drill here?” you’ve got something better than everybody’s best guess.

Doesn’t replace checking before you drill, but it sure beats trying to remember what’s behind the paint.

Figured we’d share a tip that helps you avoid opening a wall for once. 😂

This carport folded faster than a lawn chair at a family fight. 😭💀

Roof on the ground. Property manager questioning their career. Us? Bringing equipment.

Quick lesson: when part of a structure collapses, what’s still standing isn’t automatically safe. Connections can be damaged, and the remaining supports may be carrying loads they weren’t designed for. Keep clear and have it assessed before anyone starts pulling pieces. 🚧

Because “my buddy has a truck and a chain” is how the second insurance claim starts. 🫠

Dynamite Demolition Service removed and cleaned up the mess. Because “just put a cone by it” is not a long-term relationship we support. 😂
