Building what’s next in Clearlake. 🏡

Ramos Development is excited to share an upcoming residential project as we expand from renovating existing homes into new housing development.

This property has been vacant since a previous residence was lost to a fire in 2015. Our plan is to give the site a new beginning with a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home and covered carport, bringing another residential property back into use in our community.

Behind this AI rendering has been months of planning and coordination, from permitting and septic requirements to utilities, site preparation and construction planning. We’re now preparing to break ground and begin foundation work.

This AI-assisted rendering gives us an early look at the vision. Soon, we’ll begin turning it into reality.

For Ramos Development, this project represents more than building a new home. It represents our continued commitment to investing locally, creating housing, and contributing to the growth of Clearlake, one home at a time.

More progress to come. 🏗️

It’s hard to believe this is the same kitchen. ✨

What was once dark, damaged and not functional is now a clean, modern space built for everyday living.

Designed with a focus on clean lines, functionality and timeless finishes, this space now features marble countertops, modern fixtures, a deep sink and warm pendant lighting that completely change the feel of this space but more importantly, the purpose of it.

This is what transformation really looks like.
A kitchen that feels elevated, refined and built for everyday living. 🏠
