Monday marks the beginning of another school year. Backpacks are packed, lunches are planned, and before we know it, our children will be walking through those school doors once again.

For parents, it's a reminder of how quickly time passes—and of the countless sacrifices made along the way. The sleepless nights, the worries no one sees, the lessons we hope they'll remember, and the unconditional love that never asks for anything in return.

Before the busy school year begins, we invite you to take a few moments to read this beautiful story from Katrina Blalock.
