We've encountered this scenario frequently. A plumbing company🛻 sold this family a costly💵 replacement lateral to resolve their drain issues, but the actual problem was a completely failed septic system. The homeowner🏡 noted that the plumbing company🛻 used a pump while they installed the pipe, which was discharging🌊 sewage🤮 into the backyard🛝. This suggests that the company was either dishonest🤥 or incompetent😵‍💫.

Upon inspection🔍, our technicians discovered the septic tank was overfilled by 2 feet📏, with sewage and groundwater flowing🌊 back in. We pumped 1,600 gallons from the 1,000-gallon tank to provide temporary relief, and with the rain, it will likely be full again soon. For homeowners🏡 with septic systems🚛 experiencing drain🚽 issues, it's crucial to consult the septic company first for a reliable assessment.
