As the days slowly warm up and the snow melts, you may notice that your drainage system isn't working properly.

Stave off the bitter cold by thinking about warmer days ahead! β˜€οΈ It's never too early to start planning your outdoor living space.

Check out the images below to see how we were able to add a a spacious deck on a manufactured home. This project included custom framing and a built in bench. We extended the roof to ensure shade and protection from any weather as well as installed outdoor carpeting. To round it out, we added an extra level of privacy by adding vinyl trellis around the outside of the deck.

Here, we added a half bath to a condo loft with minimal impact and ample storage. The new bathroom included accessible storage space, a window to welcome in natural light, a mirror custom cut to fit the sloped ceiling, a wide vanity for guests to set their belongings, and a space-saving pocket door that locks for privacy.
