To Miss Lane,

I cannot contact you as you have high security set on your contacting aspects. I fully understand. Reach out to the phone number listed for our business and we can talk about the unit you brought from last house and duct work.

To those who know me/us at Kemper Residential Heating & Cooling LLC, know we are 100% honest! My Security Clearance says it all! If you wonder if you can trust the person you are calling then follow a few searches. Do they have a license? If they are installing a new unit over $5,000.00 dollars, do they have an HVAC Contractors License? Most of all do they have the insurance to cover any damage they create? Do the Technicians/Helpers have a license? I ask only to help you and your family, I am tired of seeing people being taken advantage of, they do the work and never answer a call when there is a problem. PLEASE DO THE LEG WORK BEFORE YOU CALL THESE PEOPLE. MAKE SURE THEY ARE 100% LEGIT!!!

I simply ask you to do the research on quotes to make sure the money you spend is going to where it needs to go to protect you and not someone who will walk away with your money.

Sometimes I’m not happy with the way things turn out. To me should have been a cleaner dog-box, better set up on the natural gas and most of all just being eye candy for anyone who walks around. I don’t like customers who are not happy! I will go back and fix whatever, but I/WE want it done to their expectations.

Judy and I wanted to let everyone know that we were late on posting that we are back home and operating. We both apologize for not posting that information. Family comes first in our eyes because that in the BIG picture is all we have in life while we walk this earth.

If anyone needs anything on the HVAC side of things please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We want to thank everyone who supports us and trusts us to work on their equipment.

V/r,
Billy & Judy
