I had to make a difficult business decision yesterday regarding my personnel. It was not an action I took lightly or made quickly. It had been put off for many months to give them an opportunity for improvement. Unfortunately, that did not happen. And for the sake of my business, a business that I and my family have worked many years for, full of blood, sweat and tears, a change had to be made. It was negatively affecting my business, name, quality of work and professionalism. My quality of work is one of the most important things and that will continue!
I truly appreciate each and every one of my customers who over the years have become like friends and family to me. I hope and pray that through my hard work and dedication to them all these years,won’t allow a few disgruntled former employees and their negative remarks trying to publicly shame me, be influential in any way. I pray these former employees find peace within themselves.
My top priority in my business, is and will always be, to be honest, reliable and offer a great and professional service at an affordable price.
