Here are 2026 minimal starting prices for patios!
*Firepits, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, retaining walls, special shapes, inlays, borders, etc… are not included and will increase the project budget!
I install quality products and I charge accordingly! Everything is installed per ICPI standards not your backyard DIY Guy’s standards!
I install more base material than your brand new constructed driveway and probably your slab foundation! I use clean washed rock! At a bigger diameter than what they use under the aforementioned examples! There’s a reason and science behind it and it’s called a “Permeable Base” because I install longevity and quality, not a get rich quick money scheme!
