I could go on and on and on (feel free to in the comments). The mental health benefits of mountain biking are absolutely ginormous. Whenever I write a post about mental health and mountain biking, the quote from Steve Peat's 'Cheers' video always plays in my mind "Mountain bikes have helped me through the darker side of what life can throw at you'.

Whether you are in a good place right now or struggling, take time to ride and it will improve your life and mental health in more ways than you even realise ❤️

Got some local grooming and smoothing done on New Years Eve. This is the trail and pump track that inspired Harding Trail Builders to be created. Always enjoy working with the great group of volunteers that continues to put in the hours and months it takes to make each section worth the ride!

Had a great chat with MTB riders Jason and Marshall at a little mining town outside of Las Vegas Monday. They said most of the riding out in the area (Cottonwood Valley Trail System) was old b***o and mustang trails. While they say it's hard for riders to get approved for trail development, the riding potential in the area is incredible, and the technical ability is not for the feint of heart!
