Rain has a way of telling on your house. 🌧️

This customer noticed mosquitoes showing up and water washing out their foundation. After taking a look, the issue was pretty clear.. water wasn’t being carried away like it should.

Sometimes the rain shows you exactly what needs attention.

Against popular opinion, Not every day as a handyman is glamorous.

Today, while working on a light in a drop ceiling, the entire ceiling grid came down. Thankfully, we have a great customer thats willing to let me fix it and was there to see I was being careful with my handling of the ceiling.. but man… that was a wild one.

It was a good reminder: when you’re doing work in a home or business, please think about the next person who may have to service it later. Make sure your work is safe, secure, and done right.

The “next guy” might be you… or someone just trying to do their job safely.
