👋 Good day folks, hope all is well. Here's another drainage issues resolved for some great folks who are returning customers over in Lebanon. Thanks again Kaufman family for the opportunity to get this taken care of, it's greatly appreciated 👏

🚧 This was a sump pump line and downspout extension. It was discharging over into the side yard swale, causing it to lay wet and unable to be mowed. We added approximately 150' of sdr 35 pipe, extending it down to the catch basin area in the edge of the driveway. After uncovering the grates and cleaning it out, realized it was just a dry stack brick basin with these grates over it. With it still working, we opted to save the customer money on not replacing it for now. 🚜

👋 howdy folks, hopefully you all are doing great. Just knocked out this downspout replacement for some wonderful folks over in Clarksville, Ohio. 😊

🚜 The existing drainage had become blocked via settlement and root intrusion over the years. We opted to replace the black corrigated pipe with sch 35, 4"x 190' of pipe. If you notice in the photos, we always use 45° elbows along with " y " couplings instead of " t " fittings when joining to multiple pipes to help reduce the restrictions of water flow. 🌊

👋 Hello folks, hope all is well. 😀 Here is a downspout and sump pump line replacement we took care of for some wonderful folks over in Wilmington, Ohio last week. Thank you Jackson family for the opportunity to take care of the drainage issues. It's greatly appreciated! 🙌

🚧 This one had a couple issues going on. The main drain line had become partially collapsed and filled with tree roots, hindering the discharge of the sump pump and downspouts. Also as you can see in the photo, the electrician's way of repairing a damaged pipe when installing electric to the detached garage, lol. A for effort, I guess. I cut the asphalt drive and completed the installation and pieced the slabs back to save money for now, as there might be upgrades in the future to the driveway. This was approximately 175" in length and upgraded the flimsy soft triple-wall pipe to schedule 40 x 4" pipe, finishing off the installation with an animal guard at the discharge end to prevent anything from building a home in the pipe. 🚜

👋 Hello folks, hope all is well. Here is a small gravel pad i installed for some returning customers over between Blanchesteras and Wilmington. Thanks David and Debbie for your business, it's greatly appreciated. 🙌

🚜 On this one, I excavated out approximately an are of 12' x 26' x 8" of existing soil away from the proposed sight and relocked and spread it at an old pool site that had been removed prior. Once the site was prepared I added geotextile fabric and crushed limestone. This is framed in and leveled with ground contact treated timbers. We try our best on minimal impact to surrounding areas as well. This was added to the existing shed pad that I installed approximately 2 years ago. This new pad is a site for the residence to park their camping travel trailer on when not in use. 🚌

👋 Howdy folks, my apologies for the delayed postings. Have had some chain of events that kept me away. So without further ado here is one of a few. 😊

🚧 On this one, it had some issues with water runoff pooling and flowing down like two water troughs and causing erosion. 🚧

🚜 I took care of this driveway project for one of my top returning customers of three years now. Thank you Carolyn and family for the continued support and business. We started by reworking the 375' x 14' existing driveway gravel to get rid of the compacted ruts and potholes, to level the driveway in preparation for new gravel. We needed to creat some hight to keep the surrounding runoff from flowing down the driveway and causing erosion down towards the residence. A big shout out to CMP Attachments and design of the new hydra-bucket, it's a beast! Afterwards we had added approximately 60 tons of clean 57's. With this driveway not having any grade it's an acceptable choice for a great looking driveway.🚛

👋 Howdy folks, hopefully everyone is blessed and doing well. As those who are following, you might have seen a few pics that a customer had posted on my time line. Thanks Cindy Books for the opportunity to take care of the issues with the drainage crossing areas. Your business is greatly appreciated. 🙌

🚜 On this one, I took out an old wooden bridge that was used as a tractor crossing to access the fields in the rear of the property. Replaced it with a 12" galvanized culvert and cleaned out the creek area and built up the crossing over the pipe. I also added an additional pipe upstream on the other side of the property as well. Also took out the gravel in front of the building and utilized it as part of the build-up for the culvert crossing. Then added seed, straw and fertilizer. 🚛

🚜 Cleaned up a long roadway down the hill, across the creek and back up to several acres of fields in the back 40. Also cutting back the wild olive and honey suckle around the edges of the field. 👍

Hello folks, 👋 hope all is well with you all 🙌. Here is the emergency waterline replacement I completed for some returning customers a couple weeks ago. Thanks Scott family for the continued business and support, it's greatly appreciated.
🚧 When I received a call from these wonderful folks, they had informed me that they had a waterline leak at the front of the house where the service supply line entered, I had a feeling as to what the issue was. The infamous "Blue Max" was the culprit. Being installed back in the mid 90's and with the settling of the soil around the house. More than likely it had broken where it entered the foundation. After excavating at the house, sure enough, it did. I adjusted the schedule to take care of these folks very promptly and had their water service restored with a couple days. We did have a minor setback due to some incorrect plumbing supplies delivered and had to get those exchanged. 🚧

🚜 After discussing with the customers, we opted to go the same route as the original line, even though it was through the grown up woods. This prevented us tearing up the drive due to the steep slope on one side and all other utilities on the other side. We reclaimed a pathway using the forestry mulcher, then dug out the trench, removing some of the old line as I went. This was approximately 400' in length, down throughasmall valley. We also replaced all the couplings and new regulator and valves inside the house, as seen in the photos. 🪏 I also had to repair the downspout drainage line as well and used a solid piece of pipe in this area to help prevent settlement of it as it was spanning the trench. We did compact the soil under it before backfilling the rest of the trench. ‼️
