Another transformation in the books! 🔨✨

This kitchen remodel was all about creating a more open, functional, and beautiful space for our clients to truly enjoy. We removed a wall to open things up, built custom cabinets, drawers, and a brand-new island, and extended the countertops and cabinetry for added storage and flow.

We relocated the sink, dishwasher, and fridge, updated plumbing and electrical, and installed can lighting along with under-cabinet lighting to brighten every corner. The space was finished with open shelving, a new kitchen faucet, and a stunning stainless steel farmhouse sink.

To tie it all together, we installed a steel gray leathered matte countertop and completed a full flooring update throughout the home with new LVP. Every detail was designed with purpose—and the results speak for themselves.

Hello there! We’re Jon & Chesney Carter, owners and operators of Beyond Contracting LLC 👋
A few fun facts about us:
• Before starting Beyond Contracting, Chesney worked in healthcare, and Jon was busy building a concrete bunker home (yes—really!). Chesney was born in Charlotte, NC, while Jon was born in Richmond, KY.
• When we’re not working, you’ll find Chesney enjoying motorcycle rides, Jon out hunting, and the two of us fishing together whenever we can 🎣
• We’re proud parents to two fur babies: R***r, our 90-lb black lab (3 yrs), and Lady, our 6-lb dachshund (10 yrs) who definitely runs the house 🐾
• This business started on a fold-out table in our living room—and God has been faithful every step of the way 🙌
• Favorite TV shows? Reba, Tracker, and High Potential.
• Favorite parts of the job? Chesney loves the before & after transformations, and Jon thrives on problem-solving and figuring out the tough stuff.
