From Covid to the interest rates spiking, we have to work four times harder to be able to stay accurate in our pricing. None of the prices are the same as they were prior to Covid labor has gone up materials keep fluctuating real estate sales have gone down so many fluctuations. What a great time to start a new business lol being very sarcastic. God, a good team, and determination, are the best ingredients for success in difficult times
