We painted the entire exterior back in 2017 and recently returned to perform some repairs.

We removed some trim boards to replace a piece of T1-11 that a woodpecker had put a hole through.
We patched and painted other damaged sections on the front of the house and primed and painted new wood on the back from newly installed windows.
After replacing the front boards, we applied an oil-based caulk and primed the wood with an exterior Killz.
We then applied two coats of Duration Satin on the new wood and repaired any remaining areas.

Goodbye yellow! Hello accessible beige.

We painted all of the vinyl siding 2 coats with Sherwin Williams Duration satin vinyl safe.

We also completed some repairs on the vinyl on the front of the home.

Another beautiful exterior transformation completed this week in Holly, MI!

This home received a complete exterior makeover from top to bottom.

• Painted all windows, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint in Tricorn Black, professionally sprayed with our airless sprayer for a smooth, factory-like finish.

• After applying two full coats to all of the black trim, we carefully masked everything off and sprayed two coats of Sherwin-Williams VinylSafe SuperPaint in Hippo on all of the vinyl siding.

• Painted the shed to match the home.

• Stained the entire wood fence, front deck, and landscape timbers using Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes Solid Color Stain in Tricorn Black to complete the transformation.

Deck project completed ✔️

Attack of the squirrels 🐿️. Check out the last photo to see the damage the squirrel nails did to the deck boards and chewing. We stianed this deck 3 years ago to this week. Thank you for the return business! 🤩

We treated and pressure washed, sanded, replaced boards and stained the whole deck in dark oak from TWP. We also installed some shoe molding in the basement.

Basement Ceiling Water Damage Repair

Repaired damaged drywall tape lines, applied oil-based KILZ primer to the water-damaged areas, and repainted the complete ceiling with Sherwin-Williams CHB Flat White.

We also color-matched and painted one wall to freshen up the space.
