Supporting Wildlife Conservation Through Precision Crane Operations in Wardensville, WV!
Building infrastructure in sensitive natural environments requires more than heavy equipment — it takes thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a commitment to wildlife conservation.
One of Digging and Rigging’s latest projects brought together construction and wildlife restoration teams to install bridge box beams along a remote roadway in Wardensville, West Virginia, utilizing our Liebherr LTM 1350 all-terrain crane. The new bridge will help support wildlife conservation efforts while providing an essential crossing through the surrounding mountainous terrain.
Reaching the lift location presented its own unique challenge. Through careful coordination and detailed crane placement, a section of the mountainside was carved out to create the necessary space for safe crane setup and operation. This preparation was critical to executing the lift while supporting the project’s broader conservation goals.
From pre-job planning and site preparation to the precise placement of each bridge beam, our team worked alongside project partners to help bring this important infrastructure project to life.
At Digging and Rigging, we understand that successful projects are about more than the lift itself. They’re about finding solutions to complex challenges, working responsibly in demanding environments, and helping build infrastructure that serves a greater purpose.
Precision in the planning. Strength in the ex*****on. A lasting impact on wildlife conservation
