After dedicating 50 years to Pleasants Construction, Fred Green Sr., affectionately known as "Hacksaw," is retiring to enjoy a new chapter with his wife and family.

Fred’s story exemplifies hard work, loyalty, and leadership. He started as a dump truck driver and advanced to become one of the company's first Vice Presidents. His influence has shaped the organization across generations: he fostered a strong culture, mentored many employees, and left a lasting legacy.

Thank you, Hacksaw, for your decades of service, leadership, and dedication. You will be greatly missed!
