We recently wrapped up this complete outdoor transformation, taking the project from the initial design phase all the way through construction and final installation.
This project included concrete footers for the retaining wall and paver walkway, a dedicated concrete pad for the fountain, a custom paver walkway, low-maintenance and simplistic plant selection, a dry creek bed feature, and a complete outdoor lighting package with uplighting, walkway lights, and under-step lighting.
Every part of the project was designed to work together, from the layout and hardscape during the day to the way the property comes alive at night.
We couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out. It was a pleasure working together on this project with Overholtz Construction LLC, and Rudis Electrical every step along the way. A great example of what can happen when a project is properly designed from the beginning and carried through to the final detail.

Another project completed by the TDL Asphalt Division!
This customer wanted to expand their driveway and create additional parking space while maintaining a clean, durable finish. Our crew started by grinding and removing the existing tree stump, followed by grading and preparing the base to ensure a solid foundation. We then installed and compacted recycled asphalt millings, rolling everything for a smooth, long-lasting surface.

Another commercial asphalt repair completed by the TDL Outdoors Asphalt Division.
Multiple sections of this parking lot were failing and beginning to break apart, so our crew performed a full-depth asphalt patch to restore the surface properly.
• Saw cut and removed all damaged asphalt
• Excavated and prepared the base
• Installed and compacted fresh hot mix asphalt
• Rolled for a smooth, durable finish
• Applied hot tar to all edges to create a watertight seal
