4 generations of Pilands have been building and remodeling in the Ozarks starting with my Grandfather Robert Piland who spent his lifetime doing house/barn construction, electrical, and plumbing until his passing in 1979. My father Elvin specialized in plumbing and electric as well as remodeling/painting. Some of his work include Ozark Engine Reconditioning, Bryant Plastics, and Hodson Mill. He no
w enjoys being a retired bee farmer. I began pulling nails, running wires, and fitting pipes together around age 9. I spent several years doing commercial construction in Springfield MO including projects such as the Extended Stay America Hotel, Missouri State Photo Studies Building, and Drury College Family Student Housing. The I returned to the Ozarks and in 1994 I started PSV, a home theatre installation and electronics resale company. Then in 1999 I returned to Contracting doing the construction, plumbing, and electric on the house we currently live in. My sons Brennen and Colton helped with it making the 4th generations. We are currently doing a complete remodel including plumbing, electric, beam replacement, joist repair, foundation repair, and window replacement on a house in Gainesville that was originally built in the 1800's and served as a saloon until prohibition. We are looking forward to many more years of serving the Ozark's.
