Small projects we just completed today, had to remove the old concrete and foam it was all busted up. And the customer went with some solid soffit And of course there was rotted osb… so we did some repairs as well! Another happy customer in the books!
So OSB, house wrap, tapped all seams, new foam board & sealed, j-channel, solid soffit done!

This is why you need to flash and protect the structure of your home.. water will find its way in if you do not do it the proper way. As you can tell in these pictures… the “contractor” who did this before, DID NOT DO this properly. That’s why here a Model A Contracting we do it right the first time so this doesn’t happen.

wall through after first coat is on. Helping my brother with his bathroom remodel. Note: Jared Fleming knocked out the drywall mud.. he’s a little out of practice but we will get him back on top!
