On Point 7B Services LLC

Dan our On Point 7B Services LLC specialist is joining forces with RE/MAX Centennial in Sandpoint, Idaho.
With 30 years in the property services industry as a commercial and residential landscaper, snow removal contractor, pool/spa specialist, heavy equipment operator, fabricator, and full-service property maintenance professional; I’ve spent my career understanding properties from the ground up. Over the past six years, I’ve expanded that expertise into real estate investing, short-term rental management, and snowbird property care.

I previously worked with Merit Co. Realty in Colorado in 2006 and recently renewed my real estate license to become an even more complete resource for my clients. I genuinely love helping people discover, purchase, and create their ideal property and home.
My background as a contractor and property professional gives me a unique edge: I don’t just help you buy or sell—I help you see the full potential of a property and how to make it truly your own. Whether you’re looking for a primary residence, investment, land, or your next chapter, I’m here to guide you with practical insight and a genuine commitment to your goals.

I’d be honored to work with you on purchasing your next home or land, or selling your current property so you can start the next phase of your life. With my hands-on experience and local knowledge, I’m ready to be your go-to resource every step of the way.
Call me anytime—I’m always On Point for your real estate needs.
