Headline: ❄️ WNY PROS VS. LAKE EFFECT
It’s January in Western New York—so while the latest NWS Winter Storm Warning is a serious one, it’s nothing we haven’t all dealt with many times before. At Regan Landscape, we live for this. Our trucks are prepped, our crews are fueled, and we’re ready to keep your properties clear.
Here is what you need to know as we head into this event:
The Forecast: This is a classic, multi-day Buffalo lake effect storm. Expect heavy bands and wind gusts up to 50 mph through Wednesday afternoon, with total snow accumulations in the 10-to-20-inch range.
The "Re-Cover" Effect: With snowfall rates of up to 2 inches per hour and high winds, please be aware that driveways and lots will likely drift over again shortly after we plow. It’s just the nature of these WNY storms—nature moves it back in, and we move it right back out.
Full Force for the Duration: It'll be 'all-hands on deck' from the first flakes until everything is finally cleaned up - and we’ll be making repeated passes to stay ahead of the accumulation and ensure your property remains as accessible as possible.
Safety & Patience: With near-whiteout conditions, big snow totals and wind chills hitting -15°F, travel will be slow. We appreciate your patience as our team navigates these conditions safely to get to each and every one of you.
We’re used to this, we’re ready for this, and we’ve got you covered. Stay warm and leave the heavy lifting to the pros!
