Pro tip of the day after removing wallpaper I always sand walls then prime them with Roman pro-999 which helps seals the drywall and gives it a good surface to start skim coating which is always needed because when removing the wallpaper more likely than not you will rip up the drywall paper as well down to the brown underneath which if you try to skim or paint over it , it bubbles so that’s where Roman pro-999 comes in !!! Time to skim !!!

Before during and after of an exterior job finished up recently some wood replacement and then scrap, sanded, oil primed and 2 coats of Benjamin Moore paint. This one was a bit tricky with the red on white I’ve done a lot of exteriors with more colors and much larger but this one gave me a run for money but the end results were worth it and speak for itself

So when painting brick it is very important to use the right paint because if you don’t it can trap the moisture trap moisture, which leads to peeling paint, bubbling, mold, and even brick damage over time. A breathable masonry or mineral-based product is usually better because it lets moisture escape while still giving coverage and color. So in picking the right paint It also seals and conditions the surface, resists mildew and efflorescence, and is designed to provide stronger adhesion and longer-lasting protection un like the previous coating on this job there was so much efflorescence build up I though there was cotton stuck to the walls so in this case I scraped wiped and vacuumed the walls followed by using miracle bond to fill cracks and holes followed by 2 coats of loxon xp from sherwin Williams and then applied 2 coats of porch and floor to the floor and results happy client and huge transformation!!!

My painting style and process may be unorthodox and not the norm but guarantee if you trust the process end result don’t lie for themselves just ask 60 plus 5 star reviews on google that are actual clients and not family and friends and that’s not even a 1/4 of the satisfied clients over the last decade and 6 of being in business!!!

Today, we completed a small job in williamsville involving cabinet painting, hardware repair, and ceiling crack fixing, followed by painting the ceiling and hallway trim. Given the client's budget constraints, we opted for a brushed and rolled finish on the cabinets, which required extensive preparation to achieve a satisfactory result despite their initial condition.

Before and after of a small exterior job completed in getzville today we did the shed and the front of the house including the metal on the peak this job had extensive amount of prep of scraping and sanding caulking cutting out rotting wood and replacing it and tons of caulk and bondo and then we applied 2 coats of Benjamin Moore wood luxe exterior stain for the front of the house and the trim on the shed and then Benjamin Moore exterior ultra spec for the body !!!
