Nothing like a drain cleaning for the last call of the day. We got them taken care of after a condensation water leak due to an inadequate maintenace and no mention of a safety switch by someone else.

If you don't have a safety switch on your evaporator coil or are worried that your drain may clog, call Proactive Heating and Cooling to get a safety switch installed and your condensate drain cleared before you're left with expensive damage to your property.

Luckily, for Beth, her system was in a garage closet and wasn't dealing with a complete mess.

A year ago, this seemed like it was SO far away, nearly impossible for a business just starting out and not getting many calls.

FYI!!!

Does your dog have a favorite place to potty? Hopefully it isn't on your air conditioner. Dog urine causes corrosion.
