The highest offer isn’t always the BEST offer. 🏡💰

When you’re selling your home, it’s easy to focus on one number: the purchase price. But there can be more to a strong offer than just how much a buyer is willing to pay.

Price, terms, timing, contingencies, financing, and even the seller’s individual goals can all play a part in deciding which offer makes the most sense.

That’s why I like to look at the whole picture with my sellers — and sometimes get a little creative with the terms — so we can structure a deal that works best for them.

Thinking about selling? Before you automatically say yes to the biggest number, make sure you know what the entire offer is really worth.

Finding a home you love is an exciting milestone, but a surface-level walk-through rarely tells the whole story. While fresh paint and updated countertops make a great first impression, they can easily mask underlying structural, electrical, or plumbing issues that only a trained eye will catch.

Having a home sale collapse right before closing is every seller’s worst nightmare. You’ve packed the boxes, scheduled the movers, and counted down the days—only for everything to grind to a halt. The good news? It’s far less common than you might think.
