Not everything I make is wood. These are slate coasters I've been making for several years now in different variations. Mostly outdoor themes. This year I am doing a few different wildlife themes. Here are a couple. The first ones are brand new Moose and Loon. The second picture are some variations I make for The NH country store and I also do a full line for Harborside Trading in Sunapee harbor. Those that are in stores are my own design based on what the store is near. Such as Lake Sunapee.
These are laser engraved. I can do a variation in wood as well. Most people prefer the slate.

Next on the agenda is building another chess board. I am completing the finishing touches on several cutting boards, which will be available soon. Cribbage boards are also part of our upcoming offerings. Our products will feature walnut, maple, and cherry wood, available in a couple of different sizes. If there is anything specific you would like to see, please let me know. I welcome new ideas. The highlight of my week was the delivery of our new bakery sign today! This picture doesn't do it justice...it's so beautiful! Done by local woodworker Jeff Ruggles Woodworking, it's absolutely stunning. We wanted it to match our logo, designed by our son Wes, and Jeff nailed it.

It's made with red cedar and painted to stand out down at our mailbox...and it's double sided! Jeff was incredible to work with, communicating with me every step of the process, and making sure every detail was what we wanted. You can find some of his incredible pieces at The Apiary. Thank you, Jeff! Now if the snow would just melt so we can put this up.đŸ˜„
