From the beginning, Teo was fantastic to work with. He wasn’t simply willing to accommodate my requests—he genuinely wanted to understand what I was trying to accomplish and then worked with me to make it happen. That applied to everything from the price to some of the special requests I had for the project. He made the entire process remarkably easy.
Replacing a roof is a significant expense, and naturally there’s some stress involved when you’re spending that kind of money on your home. Teo took a lot of that stress out of the experience. He has a tremendous amount of experience, knows his business, and is simply a good guy to work with. You get the feeling very quickly that he cares about both his work and his customers.
I was equally impressed with Miguel, the site manager. During the job, Miguel made several upgrades that weren’t required by code and weren’t part of the contract. He did them simply because, in his professional judgment, they were the right way to do the job. That says a lot about the pride this company takes in its work. Miguel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of the finished roof.
There’s a big difference between a contractor who does what the contract requires and one who wants to make sure the customer ends up with the best possible result. Teo, Miguel, and their crew fall squarely into the second category.
Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor."
