HIRING FOR OUR 2025 SEASON ‼️

Sealing crew -
- Your main responsibility will be to apply a paint-like sealant to the surface of driveways to protect and enhance their appearance.
- Utilizing a variety of equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, push brooms, and hand tools
- Applying sealcoat material safely and cleanly using a sealcoat broom.
- Cleaning up any debris left on site
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor/foreman
- Monday - Friday start time 7am. End time varies depending on the job.
- You will work some nights & some weekends.
- YOU WILL BE WORKING OUTSIDE IN HOT WEATHER.

CDL Drivers -
- Drive a Dump Truck to and from asphalt plants and dumpsites
- Drive a Dump Truck in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Drive Dump Truck to transport equipment to and from job sites
- Performs daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
- Inspects, cleans, and maintains truck on a daily basis. - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The solar eclipse didn’t stop D&D yesterday 💪

Did a complete rip out & replace in Worthington for one of our newest customers! Clearly the D&D boys were very concerned about having a good seat for the eclipse 🌒

- Transporting water to the rollers, broom, and plate compactor.
- Maintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the day.
