Remove toilet and subfloor damaged due to wax ring. Replaced with Danco waxless ring. Remove and replaced subfloor and used leveler to bring to existing height. Replaced toilet fl**ge. Installed LVP and PVC trim. Reset toilet and pedestal sink. Sink faucet, supply lines and p trap replaced.

Replaced water softener and in the process changed water main shut off valve.
