And we’re not done yet… a new garage door is still coming to complete the exterior upgrade.

4 Point Construction Update 🔨✨

We’re deep into a massive exterior upgrade project — siding four separate buildings from the ground up.

✔️ Roofing? Completed.
Our team wrapped up full roof replacements across the entire property.

🏗️ Now onto the siding phase.
We’re removing the old James Hardie panels and installing brand-new ® SmartSide Siding — giving these buildings a fresh, durable, and modern finish built to last.

This is craftsmanship at scale — and we’re just getting started. Stay tuned for the transformation. 💪🏽🏠
