Handled this basement finish out in Dayton last year. Work wasn’t quite done in this video. I’ll post photos of the project soon.

THE GROUND ZERO STORY

Most contractors have some reputation before getting licensed - customer base built up from side work over the years. I never did side work. When I got licensed in January 2025, I had zero customers waiting. Started Ground Zero Electric from nothing.

The name means three things:
Grounding in Electrical Systems - Proper grounding is fundamental to safe electrical work. It’s where everything starts.

Starting from Ground Zero - Building this business from nothing, with nothing, one job at a time.

Staying Grounded - Mentally, physically, and spiritually connected to what matters. Staying humble, staying real, staying grounded to earth.

No inherited customers. No established reputation. Just a license, a ford fusion, and a commitment to doing quality electrical work.

One year in, still building from ground zero.
