As a builder, I strive to make each project functional and unique for our clients. Located on the east side of Cincinnati, Chris Gorman Homes has been serving the tri-state area for many years but my roots are much deeper. G

rowing up in a family business, I learned at an early age the necessary skills for a successful design/build company. I took those lessons learned and formed Chris Gorman Homes. Our range of services include full custom homes, semi-custom homes, light commercial projects and site development. We’re up to the challenge of any project type. Utilizing the latest techniques, materials,

and systems, I create projects built for longevity and ease of maintenance. I seek out the best quality contractors and vendors for all our projects. Rather than mass-producing, I take on a select number of new homes and remodeling projects each year. I feel this is the best way to keep the communication between client and builder clear. I also emphasize green building techniques however building green doesn’t always mean extra cost. Many times, a technique or installation method can make a huge difference in the energy efficiency of a home. Lastly, I believe all homes should be built with the same attention to detail and performance regardless of size or price. Ultimately, your project will be crafted by a team of professionals focused on creating beautiful homes of enduring quality. You’ll see that commitment in every Chris Gorman home or project.
