No more pulling wire. No more outside environment and filthy workplace locations. Work independently. Seeking an electrician to perform electrical infrared scans for healthcare and commercial facilities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and surrounding states. A level 1 or level 2 infrared thermography certificate is preferred but not required. Must have knowledge and experience with various electrical distribution system components such as switchgear, distribution, motor controls, branch panels, etc.

Work is located primarily throughout the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and surrounding, drivable states. Additional travel via air may be required at times. Home every weekend! Paid per diem and mileage.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience with electrical distribution

Self disciplined - can work on your own

Pass a background check and drug screen

Good computer skills

Working, dependable vehicle

Great references

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:
Flexible schedule

Paid vacation and holidays

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (occasional weekend travel to/from job location may be required)

Supplemental pay types:

Did you know: Issued by the NFPA® Standards Council on December 27, 2022, the 2023 edition of NFPA 70B, Standard for Electrical Equipment Maintenance, became effective on January 16, 2023, when it was approved as an American National Standard by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). NFPA 70B sets forth that Infrared Thermography should be performed, on all electrical equipment, every 12 months.
