Job Summary: We are looking for a person to help complete our day to day construction tasks in the residential construction industry. You will have the chance to work on various exciting projects ranging from small remodeling jobs, to building new custom homes, all while learning a valuable trade.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist in construction tasks such as framing, demolition, excavation, drywall, plumbing, electric, siding, decks, concrete, tile, trim carpentry, and more.
• Employees will be trained in, and responsible for the safe operation of a wide range of construction tools and equipment.
Employee Traits Needed:
• Needs to be dependable and detail oriented with a good work ethic and good problem solving skills.
• Needs the ability to complete assigned tasks in accordance with all written and oral directions as well as general safety guidelines.
• Must be able to work as part of a team, and also self motivated enough to accomplish tasks on your own.
• Must be able to maintain a professional relationship with our customers.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable working on a ladder or scaffolding system.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials, some in access of 100 lbs.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have previous job experience in the construction industry as well as references.

• New potential employees must undergo a 14 day probationary work period before hired on as an employee based on our evaluation at the end of the 30 days.
