Team O’ROURKE had a great time yesterday at the American Heart Association’s CycleNation. Together, our team pedaled 53 miles while helping raise awareness and funds to fight heart disease and stroke.

And the MVP goes to Pete, who volunteered for a trip to the stage with the CycleNation ladies to score Team O’ROURKE some extra credit. 😂 That’s what we call Whatever It Takes!

Proud of our team for getting involved, having some fun and supporting such an important cause. Thanks to the AHA for another great CycleNation! ❤️

It’s nice to see our architectural salvage work shown on Architecture Hub! This is the 1872 former Chong Building on Race Street in Cincinnati and is now a Home2 Suites by Hilton

For nearly 70 years, this 19th-century Cincinnati façade was hidden behind a plain wall of red brick.

The Race Street building dates to the late 1800s, but in 1951 it underwent a dramatic renovation. Its fifth and sixth floors were removed, while the original Victorian-era exterior was covered with a modern brick façade.

Decades later, redevelopment crews stripped away the brick and uncovered the surviving stonework, tall window openings and decorative details that had remained concealed underneath.

The building is being transformed into a Home2 Suites by Hilton, with its lost upper floors reconstructed as part of the project.

The Bengals kicked off the season with a BIG win, and we are proud to have played a part in getting Paycor Stadium ready for game day! 🏈

O’ROURKE completed abatement and demolition throughout the suites, club areas and Pro Shop, along with escalator and stair removal. All in just four weeks!

A great transformation, a tight schedule and another example of what our team can accomplish when it’s game time.

Way to go, Team O’ROURKE!
