I'm finally beginning to appreciate this old-fashioned plant. The fact that it is native is truly awesome. It attracts a lot of pollinators and is a good replacement for the invasive Rose-of-Sharon. This article even states that 28 species of moths and butterflies use it as a host plant. Pretty impressive!

Regular diligent w**ding is the best method to control w**ds! Take a look at the numbers in this article. So many common w**ds produce hundreds if not thousands of seeds per plant. Stay on top of it, and don't let your w**ds go to seed!
