The Rocket Community Wellness Center is complete at Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools, bringing healthcare, wellness, education, athletics, and community resources together under one roof.

The new facility includes healthcare and rehabilitation spaces, a pharmacy, locker rooms, a weight room, an indoor turf training area, and flexible spaces for education and community use.

Take a look inside The Lane Libraries’ new Fairfield Township Branch. Featuring a mass timber structure and spaces designed for readers of all ages, this new library was built to be a place for the community to gather, learn, and grow.

Have you spotted us on Central Parkway?

Work is underway on the renovation of the AAA Headquarters in Downtown Cincinnati! While our team continues making progress throughout the building, the exterior has a new look of its own.

We’d say it’s pretty hard to miss us. More to come as the project takes shape.

Originally built in 1893, the historic Hooper Building in Downtown Cincinnati has been transformed from former office space into the new residential community, Textile Lofts. HGC Construction completed the renovation of all seven floors, bringing new apartments, amenities, and commercial space to the building while preserving key elements of its historic character.

The project continues our partnership with The Bernstein Companies, working alongside RDA Group Architects, LLC to bring the vision for Textile Lofts to life. We’re grateful for the continued trust and collaboration throughout another successful project.

What began as a vision for a historic 1913 building is now complete, welcoming a new chapter as Cincinnati's Fidelity Hotel. The transformation into a high-end boutique hotel preserves the original architecture and character that have been part of downtown Cincinnati for more than a century.

For HGC Construction, this project is a testament to what adaptive reuse can accomplish. We’re grateful to every team member and partner who had a hand in bringing it across the finish line.
