Looking for a self motivated individual(s) looking to learn all aspects of residential remodeling. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms and basements. Tasks will include; general labor, demo, framing, drywall, paint, tile, finish carpentry, etc… We are looking for someone that wants to learn all aspects of the job. Quality experience is a major plus. Attention to detail and willing to perform at a high level is a must, no exceptions. Must have a drivers license, pass a background & drug screening, and have own transportation.

Pay from $12-$30 an hour, based on experience and performance. Pay will be reviewed after 90 day trial period.

Self employed contractors carrying workers comp & general liability insurance may also be a good fit.

Be careful who you hire. Do your research, ask for referrals, visit job sites of previous projects, etc... Our latest project is a 16’ x 32’ composite deck. This project is unique, because another contractor started the project and had NO idea how to build a quality deck, or install composite decking and handrail. So we started from scratch, all the way down to the concrete footers and even had to replace all the brand new composite decking. We’re now moving in the right direction.

It’s amazing to go into a house, and take over a project. You are quickly reminded, of the lack of attention to detail from all the other trades on a project, and specifically the previous trim carpenter. This is not what trim should look like. We’ll be posting new pictures in a few days of how it should look.

We turned this “awkward space” into a very useable and attractive area with custom built-in cabinets. The cabinets are solid wood construction, built with 3/4” material, including solid wood face frames and doors. We finished these by matching the color to the existing trim color throughout the house. A barn wood accent wall with a reclaimed barn wood shelf Above the TV, brings a subtle contrast to tie everything in.
