Your kitchen cabinets called. They're tired of being caves. 😂🔨

You know that cabinet where everything disappears into the back, and finding one pot requires a flashlight, crawling on the floor, and a little prayer? 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Yeahhhh… we fixed that! 🙌

Four custom-fit, double-tier pull-out shelves, smooth-gliding hardware, and a whole lot less digging around!

Same cabinets. Better function. No major remodel. 😍

Sometimes the smallest upgrades make the BIGGEST difference!

Now be honest… who's got a cabinet that's basically a black hole? 😂👇

🔨📚 FELLOW BUSINESS OWNERS — HERE'S SOMETHING WORTH KNOWING.

Loudmouth Construction Management LLC is proud to support JET Education Center and their upcoming Scholastic Book Fair.

We've been encouraging other local businesses to join us — but we also understand that some companies have rules about where and how charitable contributions can be made.

If your business cannot donate through Scholastic's Share the Fair platform, don't count yourself out.

There is also an option to donate directly to JET Education Center.

Reach out to Diana and she can assist with the appropriate form/process for a direct contribution.

If Scholastic works for your business, you can contribute here:

Different process. Same community showing up for local kids. ❤️

📣 A little homeowner FYI from underneath your house… literally. 😂

We have been in a LOT of crawlspaces lately, and apparently crawlspaces everywhere have collectively decided:

“If they can’t see me, I don’t exist.”

Unfortunately… they exist. 😅

And a crawlspace that gets ignored for years can quietly turn a small maintenance issue into a very expensive well, crap.

So, friendly reminder to occasionally check the forgotten basement-under-the-basement for:

🔨 Standing water or damp soil
🔨 Torn, missing or deteriorated v***r barrier
🔨 Plumbing leaks
🔨 Wet, soft or discolored wood
🔨 Sagging insulation
🔨 Musty smells or visible mold-like growth
🔨 Pest activity
🔨 Foundation cracks or movement
🔨 Damaged vents/access doors
🔨 Downspouts or grading dumping water toward the foundation

You don't need to become emotionally involved with your crawlspace. 😂

You just need to know what's happening down there.

A quick look once or twice a year — and especially after heavy rain — can catch something while it's still a repair instead of a project.

And if crawling around under your house ranks somewhere below a root canal on your list of preferred activities…

Well. Matt has apparently accepted his fate. 😂🔨

One of my favorite things Matt does is look at a house and see space where I see… walls. 😂

This one started with opening everything up and figuring out what we actually had to work with.

Then framing. Electrical. Drywall. Trim. Doors. Built-ins.

And suddenly space that wasn't doing much of anything became space the family could actually USE.

That kind of transformation will never get old. ❤️🔨

Sometimes the job is pretty tile and trim.

Sometimes we just… add part of a house. 😂🔨

Framing, roofing, siding, tying new into existing — this is the kind of work where the progress pictures are almost as satisfying as the finished ones.

There’s just something cool about watching a pile of lumber turn into actual living space.

We really do love what we get to do.

Well THAT escalated nicely. 😂👏

This is one of those before & afters where you really have to swipe back and forth a couple times.

What started behind those walls was… not good. 😬

Taken down, corrected, rebuilt and finished with a classic tile shower that actually belongs in the house.

Pretty is great.

Pretty after fixing what’s underneath it is better. 🔨

Sometimes I get jobsite pictures.

Sometimes I get this.

I don’t ask questions anymore. 😂😂😂

Apparently if there is a space Matt might be able to fit into, he’s going in.

And yes… whatever he was trying to reach got fixed. 🔨

Okay but THIS is why you don’t write off a weird room. 😂

Angled ceilings. Random little spaces. Colors going in approximately 14 different directions.

And underneath all of it? A really cool room.

Built-in shelving, a tucked-away closet, clean trim and a whole lot less chaos later… 👏

Old houses make you think a little harder.

Good thing Matt likes a challenge. 😂🔨

🔨📚 WE BUILD THINGS FOR A LIVING. THIS ONE'S A LITTLE DIFFERENT.

Loudmouth Construction Management LLC is proud to have sponsored/donated to JET Education Center’s upcoming Scholastic Book Fair. ❤️

Because building up a community matters too.

JET’s Share the Fair fund helps make sure students who may need a little extra assistance can still experience the Book Fair and bring home books of their own.

We’re in.

And now we’re calling on some of our fellow local businesses to jump in with us. 👀

You don't need to make a massive donation.

$10. $25. $50. Whatever makes sense for your business.

Imagine what happens when dozens of local businesses each decide to do one small thing for local kids.

📚 Donate directly to JET’s Share the Fair:

🔨 Local businesses.
📚 Local kids.
❤️ One community.

Let's build something good.
