When it comes to historic windows, there’s no substitute for seeing the work up close.

We recently welcomed partners from SCS Construction Services, Universal Contracting Corporation, AECOM, U.S. Department of Transportation, and Walsh Kokosing to the Trade31 + Stanton Millworks shops to review the Longworth Hall window mock-up and get a firsthand look at our approach to historic window restoration and replication.

The visit provided an opportunity to walk through the process, examine the craftsmanship behind the mock-up, and showcase how Trade31 and Stanton work together to preserve historic character while meeting today’s performance expectations.

Trade31’s Specialty Construction Division managed and self-performed the design-build fit-out for the IPS Expansion, transforming the existing warehouse into a functional office environment. A key feature of the space is the flexible conference and training area, which can function as one large room or be divided into three separate team meeting spaces.

Our Glass + Glazing Division also brought its expertise to the project, completing the windows, storefront, and interior aluminum wall systems throughout the space.

One project, multiple Trade31 capabilities working together to bring the space to life.

The details behind a seamless glass installation.

At Whiting-Turner’s Cincinnati office, our Trade31 team installed a Haworth glass wall system in partnership with RCF Group. Careful layout, alignment, and installation brought each component together to create a clean, cohesive finished system.

Projects like this put our interior glass and partition expertise to work, creating functional divisions within commercial spaces while maintaining the openness and visibility that glass provides.

Finish carpentry brings the details of a space together. At The Arc near the University of Cincinnati, our team installed custom-fabricated elements by Stanton Millworks throughout the student housing community. The scope included the installation of cabinetry, shelving, solid surface countertops, banquettes, arches, and architectural trim.

Working alongside Uptown Rents and Merus, our team brought its finish carpentry expertise and attention to detail to every space.

We welcomed the new class to the Huseman Group campus with a tour of Trade31, SSRG - Structural Systems Repair Group, and Stanton Millworks, giving them a closer look at our teams and the work happening across each company. We enjoyed showing them around and kicking off another year of Urban Land Institute Cincinnati REAL!

Before the lights come up and the music starts, the details matter.

Our team is helping bring Bogart's latest renovations to life, installing new LED backlit acrylic bar tops and stainless steel drink rails at four bar locations, while also fabricating custom metal cabinet shelving and adding new wood cladding throughout the bar areas that will enhance the experience from the moment guests step inside.

When The Village Theater marquee was damaged, the repair called for more than a single specialty.

From repairing the stainless steel decorative skin and supporting structural framing to matching custom black glazed tile and restoring key lighting elements, our team brought together fabrication expertise, craftsmanship, and attention to detail every step of the way.

Our team recently completed a campus-wide window replacement at Saint Ursula Academy, installing new Crystal Aluminum windows and carefully adapting each opening to accommodate the new system and achieve a clean finish throughout the building.
