Here are two leaders investing in themselves so they can better invest in their team.

Gary Schiffer and Joseph Cone spent last weekend learning from other growth-minded leaders at the Elite Edge at Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ. They came back with new ideas and an even stronger commitment to investing ahead of growth.

One takeaway stood above the rest:
You can't build a high-performance company without intentional leadership.

Shout-out to these two for spending their weekend on the road to better themselves for the team. That's commitment.

Flying into West Hartford, Connecticut. ✈️

Our team completed over 190,000 square feet of framing, as well as complex beam work and rough carpentry throughout the building. We’re excited to mark this one complete in the books!

Now revealing the finished restaurant at Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa. Our team brought this space to life with the beam work, columns, finished ceilings, and custom wood paneling.

If you’re in the area, go check it out! You’re in for a treat. Great atmosphere, great food, and craftsmanship you can see in every detail.

Finished carpentry is one of those details that brings a space together. It may not be the first thing everyone notices, but it’s what creates that polished and comfortable feel throughout a room.

Huge credit to our team for the craftsmanship delivered at the new Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa in Upstate New York. After exceeding expectations on the initial scope, we were trusted with an expanded portion of the interior work, and now the exterior as well. We’ll be starting the exterior deck shortly.

Every great building starts with a solid frame. Our team recently completed a 4,200-square-foot framing project for Canandaigua National Bank in Dewitt, NY, making sure the structure is built right from the ground up.

Hearing our CEO, Gary Schiffer, tell the TenM story brings you right back to the early days.

He and our COO, Joe Cone, saw the same problem job after job: too many trades working in separate lanes, too many scope gaps, too many crews waiting on someone else to own the next step. At the end of the day, it was inefficient and slowed progress in our local communities.

So they built TenM around a simple idea: put the right trades under one roof and make one team accountable for the work.

Framing. Siding. Finish carpentry. Materials. Field coordination.

The scope has grown since the early days, but the approach and why we do this haven't. When one team understands the work before them, the work behind them, and the trade coming next, projects run cleaner. Problems get caught earlier. Responsibility has a name.

That is what TenM was built to do. We're proud to be a leader in construction right here in Central New York.

This old school in Ogdensburg, NY, has a new purpose.

The Lincoln School Apartment Program is creating 20 units of supportive housing for adults who have experienced homelessness and are living with mental illness. They are offering safe, affordable space with access to the care they need.

Our framing crew headed north to tackle a 30,000 sq. ft. build, bringing structure, speed, and precision to every phase. This project goes beyond the build, and that’s the kind of work we’re proud to be part of.

More than structures. We build futures.

Checking in on our Brainerd project down in Portland, Connecticut, and things are moving right along.

We’ve got the paver pedestal system underway, installing a massive 36,000 square feet of elevated patio systems across the courtyard spaces. It’s one of those details that really brings the whole project to life, and we’re just about ready to wrap it up.

When it’s all said and done, this will be a 348-unit apartment community that people will be proud to call home. That’s the part we don’t take lightly; we’re not just building structures, we’re helping shape future neighborhoods.

On the multi-trade side, our team has already delivered:
• 439,000 SF of wood framing
• Rough carpentry throughout the project
