!!!!!Attention everyone!!!!! My name is Phillip Darby owner of Darby’s tree service out of church point Louisiana and have been proudly serving Acadiana and all it’s wonderful people Taking care of all their tree needs I have heard from multiple people that my business has closed the doors. This is an incorrect statement or rumor shall I say. We are not going out of business never have intended or planned to slow down downsize or go out of business. The truth of the matter is, we have been very busy and the weather has interfered with a lot of our scheduling which had us pretty slammed on trying to get to everyone as yard’s DRY while others were WET as BEST as we could with the weather conditions the way they have been because here at DARBY’S if you know us or have had work DONE by me and my team than you know we love to come in and leave your yard as nice and neat as we can. We STRIVE in going above and beyond to preserve your YARD and SATISFY EVERY CUSTOMER!!! With that being said I am my own sales rep. I also set up each job in the morning with crew. I try my best to get to everyone as fast and as best as I can in a timely manner.Grant IT!!! I make mistakes,I miss calls, I drop the BALL sometimes on calling every missed call back! I lose track of time miss estimates by far from being PERFECT! BUT I try HARD !!! Here at DARBY’S we have an outstanding TOP NOTCH experienced crew that works every day weather permitting, and sometimes even when the weather is not. These MEN work safe,hard and efficient 5 days a WEEK 99% of the time. Like many have said them guys work like a WELL OILED MACHINE!!! and I AGREE with them all! So yes we weren’t blowing up the Facebook or advertising like normally nor answering phones like we were Because I didn’t want to have more people than I had already waiting that i Gave my Word to so we backed off and took care of most of the people we had already AGREED and Gave our word to .BUT!!! If you’re reading this and have been accidentally missed are not contacted back I’m SORRY please forgive Me and if possible to make up to you we WOULD TAKE the opportunity!!! Because I promise you you’re business is important and appreciated here. Every customer is VALUED at DARBY’S!! even the ONES I MISSED!!!! Also we have a few people out there that have stumps that you are currently waiting on because to be able preform the job it takes VERY BIG and EXPENSIVE equipment that some times unfortunately has VERY BIG and EXPENSIVE break DOWNS like the STUMP GRINDER for instance had been down for a month are so are more off an on but is BACK FIXED and operating so if you are one of those people please CONTACT ME asap so we can get this matter resolved THANKS.
