We’re considering a disclaimer overlay on all our advertisements, but does it make a difference?? in the world of social media where everyone should be ready to hear the truth- so are we! If you’re going to develop ADUs while having tenants- MAKE SURE YOU AMEND OR CREATE A NEW LEASE AGREEMENT that clearly outlines there will be construction and the potential inconveniences.
