A commercial customer came to Roto-Rooter with flushing issues in both restrooms and drainage concerns in the main sewer line — and we took care of everything in one visit.

Our technicians rebuilt the Sloan flush valves on two toilets in the women’s restroom and one handicap toilet in the men’s restroom, fully resolving the flushing problems. From there, we hydro jetted the main sewer line from the rear parking area manhole, clearing any buildup and restoring full drainage. Once jetting was complete, no backups or drainage issues remained and the manhole cover was properly secured.

A customer came to us with sewage backing up into their master bathroom shower and toilet, all drains in the home running slowly, and a broken tub drain under the guest bathroom. Our technician first attempted to auger the roof drains and both toilet drains, but the issue ran deeper than a simple clog.

After further inspection, it was clear the drain lines throughout the crawl space needed to be fully replaced.

Roto-Rooter cut out and removed the existing PVC sewer and drain lines throughout the crawl space and replaced the entire drain system serving 2 toilets, 2 bathroom sinks, 2 tubs, 1 kitchen sink, 1 washing machine, and 1 dishwasher — all with new PVC piping. Every line was properly sloped, secured at the correct grade, and reconnected to the existing sewer line exiting the home. All connections were inspected and confirmed secure before the job was closed out.

This was a big job that required a complete solution — and that’s exactly what Roto-Rooter delivered. All parts and labor are covered under a 10-year warranty on workmanship.
