Another metal building project underway. 🔥

This building is being insulated with 2” of closed cell spray foam throughout, providing a continuous v***r barrier along with R-15 thermal resistance for improved energy efficiency.

Closed cell foam expands into gaps, seams, and hard-to-reach areas to help create a tighter building envelope while adding durability and moisture resistance.

• Exterior & garage ceilings: 5" open cell spray foam (R-19) to enhance thermal control
• Roof deck: 10" open cell spray foam (R-38) for maximum energy efficiency year-round
• Interior walls: Kraft-faced fiberglass batts for sound attenuation
• Between floors: Blown fiberglass to reduce noise transfer between levels

From top to bottom, every layer is designed to seal, insulate, and perform. This is what a properly insulated home should feel like.
